It looks really impressive, but is terribly easy.  You first rinse your chicken and pour lemon juice all over the inside and the outside then you sprinkle salt and pepper all over the bird.  Stuff the bird with a few sprigs of rosemary, some garlic cloves, and a couple of lemons and then bake.  The result is a gorgeously brown, juicy bird. I tried a chunky recipe this time that had grapes and walnuts in it.  I served it with croissants. He added some celery and carrots and a handful of egg noodles.
